Program Overview
At EmpoweredUth, EduConnect (EUEC), we believe leadership is not just about holding a title—it’s about learning how to support others, solve problems, and create change. Our Leadership Program empowers students to become active, engaged leaders in their schools and communities.
Through a mix of workshops, real-world challenges, and student council opportunities, we help kids gain the tools they need to grow into compassionate, capable, and confident leaders.
A Leader is someone who:
Inspires and motivates others to work toward a common goal.
Empowers their team by fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
Guides individuals or groups through challenges with vision and determination
At EmpoweredUth, EduConnect (EUEC), we believe leadership is a skill that can be learned, practiced, and celebrated. We focus on helping students develop these critical qualities through interactive workshops, challenges, and real-world leadership opportunities.
How We Build Leaders
Our Leadership Program is made up of three exciting opportunities that give students real ways to practice and grow as leaders:

Leadership Workshops
Kids learn how to work in teams, lead projects, and think like entrepreneurs. Through fun activities, they practice real skills like goal-setting, communication, and decision-making.

The $5 Startup Challenge
With just $5, students get to create a mini-business and sell real products! They learn how to budget, plan, and work with others to change the initial $5 into more money while all while having fun.

Student Leadership Council
Students are elected by their peers and mentors to help plan events, share ideas, and represent their group. SLC members lead fun projects and learn how to work as a team to make great things happen.

Leadership is a skill for life. Whether it’s speaking up in class, helping a friend, or running a team project—leadership gives students the confidence to try new things, solve problems, and take initiative.
