Donations

Although EUEC Summer Camp is completely free for families, it’s made possible entirely through the hard work of student volunteers and the generosity of supporters like you.

Behind the scenes, our youth-led team has already committed over $1,600 to make this camp safe, joyful, and impactful for every child. This includes:

  • 🏠 Venue rental: $570

  • 🛡️ Insurance & safety supplies: $200

  • 🎨 Art, STEM, and activity materials: $400

  • 🍪 Daily snacks & drinks: $150

  • 🍕 Friday pizza lunch (goal): $200+

  • 📄 Printing, signage & extras: $100+

We’re proud to offer this experience at zero cost to families, but we truly rely on donations to help us cover these costs, enhance the camp experience, and continue offering free programming year-round.

If you’re able to contribute, we kindly invite you to support us. Every dollar makes a difference.

Thank you for helping us build a stronger, more connected community. 💙

Some More Information….

This page includes everything you need to know to help your child have a fun, safe, and smooth camp experience — from what to pack to how we ensure safety every day! Please read carefully….

  • To help your child have the best experience possible, please ensure they come prepared with:

    • A nut-free lunch and snacks (we do not offer lunch, but we do have some snacks!)

    • A refillable water bottle

    • Indoor shoes and comfy clothes

    • Any necessary medication (with instructions)

    • A great attitude and a big smile 😊

Optional: Cultural item for Day 5 or personal art supplies for creative activities

  • Your child’s wellbeing is our top priority. Here's how we keep camp safe and supportive:

    • Campers are supervised by trained high school volunteers

    • All volunteers are trained in basic safety, inclusion, and child engagement

    • Adult supervisors will also be active every single day

    • Emergency contact information and allergy/health details are collected during registration

    • Daily sign-in/sign-out system to ensure secure drop-offs and pick-ups

    • We maintain a positive, no-bullying environment where every child is respected and encouraged

  • All campers must bring their own packed, nut-free lunch and snack each day.

We do have access to microwaves, so feel free to pack a warm lunch if needed — just make sure your child can safely reheat it with some guidance.

    Please avoid:

    • Any food containing peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based spreads

    • Items that require refrigeration or may spoil in the summer heat

In addition to packed lunches, we’ll provide small snacks like chips or gummies daily, so campers have something extra to enjoy during breaks.

On the final day (Friday), we’re hoping to order pizza for everyone as a fun camp celebration — if we receive enough donations!

If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, you can indicate them on the registration form so we can ensure their safety and comfort.

  • Camp begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to sign in.

If you are running late or need to pick your child up early, please:

    • Notify our team in advance via email, instagram or WeChat at least 3 hours in advance

    • Check in with a staff member when you arrive

    • Bring valid ID for pick-up

We appreciate your communication — it helps us keep all campers safe and accounted for!
