EUEC Leadership Workshops
Helping students develop confidence, creativity, and real-world leadership skills.
Program Overview
Our Leadership Workshops are occasional, online classes designed to teach students the fundamentals of leadership, business, and creative problem-solving in a fun and engaging way. These workshops are offered throughout the year and are open to students in Grades 3 to 8, with no prior experience required.
Workshops are hosted by the EUEC team and guest speakers who guide students through interactive lessons that include group discussions, hands-on activities, and challenges.
What Students Will Learn
Each EUEC Leadership Workshop focuses on one real-world theme, giving students the opportunity to explore and practice leadership in action. Our goal is to build confident, creative, and compassionate young leaders. Students will learn to:
Think Like a Leader
Make thoughtful decisions, take initiative, and solve problems independently or in a group.
Understand Basic Business Skills
Learn how to brainstorm ideas, create a simple plan, manage time, and work with a budget.
Think Creatively and Unconventionally
Use imagination to approach problems in new ways, innovate under pressure, and adapt.
Communicate Effectively
Speak clearly, listen actively, and express ideas with confidence and respect.
Lead with Empathy
Be aware of others’ feelings and make space for every voice.
Build Self-Confidence
Take ownership of your ideas, try new things without fear, and speak up in group settings.
Work as a Team
Collaborate with others, delegate tasks, build trust, and take shared responsibility.
Set and Reach Goals
Learn how to set realistic goals, break them into steps, and stay focused throughout.
Reflect and Grow
Pause to think about what went well, what could improve, and how to apply leadership.
