At EmpoweredUth, EduConnect (EUEC), we believe leadership is a skill that can be learned, practiced, and shared. Our workshops give students hands‑on opportunities to explore leadership roles, build practical skills, and grow into changemakers in their communities.

Workshop Overview

Our leadership workshops are interactive, youth‑focused sessions designed to help students explore what it means to be a leader. Through hands‑on activities, role simulations, and practical skill‑building, participants gain confidence, communication skills, and the tools needed to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

At EmpoweredUth, EduConnect (EUEC), we believe leadership is not just about being in charge; it’s about teamwork, empathy, and responsibility. These workshops create spaces for students to practice those values while having fun and connecting with peers.

Workshop Topics

Our workshops explore different aspects of leadership, such as:

  • Learn how organizations work by taking on roles like CEO, CFO, Creative Lead, or Communications Manager. Practice decision‑making, teamwork, and problem‑solving in group projects.

  • Develop essential tools to become a true leader such as note‑taking, public speaking, organization, and time management.

  • Reflect on what makes a strong leader: responsibility, empathy, confidence, adaptability, and the ability to inspire others.

  • Participate in real‑world activities such as running a mini‑company, planning an event, or managing a team challenge.

Who Can Join?

  • Ages: Grades 6–12 (workshops are adjusted for different age groups).

  • Format: Interactive, activity‑based sessions — online and in person.
